Yixuan Tong is an accomplished marketing specialist and sustainability researcher with unique insights into leveraging digital technologies to advance sustainable practices. Currently a PhD candidate at RMIT, Yixuan’s research is going to explore how an ambidextrous approach can facilitate the integration of digital technologies and sustainable practices to achieve digital sustainability in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the agricultural sector. This approach aims to balance innovation with operational efficiency, driving both technological adoption and sustainable outcomes.
With 6 years of experience in global corporations such as Huawei Technologies, Yixuan has gained extensive expertise in creating and executing impactful marketing strategies, particularly in the field of digital communications.
Yixuan’s academic credentials include a Master of Marketing Communications from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Information Technology from the University of Toronto, where she demonstrated a strong aptitude for research and strategic planning.
