She is a PhD candidate at RMIT University’s School of Business and Law, with a research focus on explainable AI (XAI) and its role in organisational decision-making. Her work explores how making AI systems more transparent can improve decision quality, reduce bias, and strengthen trust within organisations. By combining empirical research with theoretical insights, she aims to help businesses adopt AI in ways that are both responsible and effective. She is passionate about translating complex AI concepts into practical solutions that deliver real value in the corporate world.
