Say Yen Teoh

Senior Lecturer at RMIT University

Dr Say Yen Teoh is a dedicated and forward-thinking Information Systems researcher and Senior Lecturer at RMIT University. Her expertise spans digital transformation, blockchain, and health information systems, with a growing research focus on the intersection of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and Artificial Intelligence. She explores how digital technologies—particularly AI—can drive responsible, sustainable business practices and has recently developed an AI-powered Intelligent Sustainability Compliance artifact that exemplifies this vision in action.

Dr Teoh earned her PhD from the National University of Singapore and has since built a research program grounded in real-world application.
